Your details
I store your name, phone, email and notes only to arrange your demo and contact you about it. I never sell your details.
What I collect
When you book a demo, I collect your name, phone number, email address, the time you chose, any notes you add, and whether you'd like offers and updates from Delvox. When you ask for the free guide, I collect your name, email address and the same offers choice.
Why I collect it
To arrange and hold your demo and contact you about it. If you tick the box for offers, I'll also send occasional tips, offers and discounts by email (never texts); every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you asked for the guide, I'll email it to you whether or not you tick the box.
Who can see it
Only Delvox (Leo Tracey) can see your details. The site is hosted by Lovable, and emails are sent through Brevo, an email service that only uses your address to deliver them.
How long I keep it
Booking records are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing ltracey@delvox.co.uk.
